I had trouble with the nose to mouth gag as well... Still, I wanted it so bad I went on to work the balloon back out the other nostril. I've called it Nasal Floss (search the Café, there is a pic) but others may be doing it as something else (though I know of no one else doing it yet). I find it much easier (and grosser). I'll frequently get an audience member to try to pull the balloon out while both sides are inflated. “Oh it's stuck, do you have a pin? Oh, wait - I know..." Then I'll squeeze the air back to the end they are holding and "back off" of the balloon leaving them holding a souvenir that they really don't want.

In general, I really enjoy this stunt a bunch and have a lot of fun with it.

Blimey, my original intention was to inflate the baloon via the nose , Ill stick with it using a Q 160.
