Hey Kevin,
I've been to enough of all of these types of events to know that most of them don't happen without the good will of volunteers, so your help was appreciated! Maybe next year you can get dad to kick in a few $$$ You also reminded me that Bev's lecture was fun as well. He seemed to handle the time limit pretty well, I guess it is that experience thing. He had me laughing the whole time. Speaking of AV (audio-visual) snafus, even the paid positions don't always get it right. I was at Magic Live this year, and the AV crew was a total disaster. All 3 days! They were still screwing up powerpoint slides and audio presentations on the final day of the conference! I was just rolling my eyes (like the rest of the audience...) Don't get me wrong, I loved Magic Live... But it's year 2007, it's the third day of the conference, you're getting paid, and you still can't get a powerpoint slide up at the right time? You're Fired! LOL. |

Glad you guys enjoyed my lecture. We were asked to make sure to keep the lecture to only 30 minutes, so I am sorry if I appeared rushed. It was not easy condensing my 2+ hours of lecture material down to only 30 minutes.
But I did what I could with the time allowed to cover the full explanation on a few tricks plus a couple slides on my "Marketing Tips." NYCJoePitt -- My Powerpoint presentation was available as a free bonus to anyone who purchased my lecture notes. Everyone keep your eyes open for my upcoming DVD produced by Richard Sanders. Regards, David Corsaro
My new DVD ("The magic of David Corsaro") is now available from your favorite dealer. Watch the DVD that Daryl, Jon Allen, Shawn Farquhar, Boris Wild, Marc DeSouza, Asi Wind and Paul Green ALL ENDORSE.

I see photos are now up on the Metro web page from Metro Magic 3, and the news of when Metro Magic 4 is, along with the news it will be a different location. Looks like the trip to the steak house might be off lol. I guess the success of the convention has led to bigger venue requirements. Looking forward to Metro Magic 4.

Paul,
I'm up for a new location. It'd be a terrible shame if the trip to the steakhouse is off though lol...Eric, Joe, and Vince will be disappointed, I know that for sure lol. -Bill |

Well Bill & Paul
I guess the best one day magic convention on the east coast is no longer our little secret. I go to lots of magic conventions and none equal this one, although Kutztown does come in a close second.
