I had mentioned this a while back about moving in games with no gaffs, moves or fancy handling. I had described a layered event that took place based on several layers of queues.

I posted these up in betchas but this is the accuracy of the purely verbal layer, even though its not pointed towards gambling, the gambling system uses three more interlaced layers besides this. Something to think about, and a little explanation of how it could happen.
