Those of you who have Z-wallets: what do you recommend for a good quality Z-wallet and where can it be purchased? Thanks.

Hard to find one that doesn't have some red or blue velvet lining, always looks like a magic prop. How about a Michael Ammar Showstopper in leather? Check Penguin Magic.

Oddly enough, the one I'm happiest with is a small vinyl card-sized wallet. It it very very simple, but the best part is that it is thin (to me, the Z fold seems vulnerable from the front). I got mine fromn Brad Burt's store many moons ago.

I took the plunge and bought the wallet recommended by John Luka in his card magic book Uncovered.
In the book, John has a "card to wallet" effect which utilizes a himber wallet and he recommended Bob Kings. Of all the wallets I've owned over the years the quality of this Z-Wallet is second to none. Big bang for the buck. Anyway, check it out at the following website. http://hometown.aol.com/bkingmagic/index.htm?f=fs Cheers, gord |
