Here's an idea on a rubber band effect. I have absolutely no clue on how this could be achieved, but would love any input.

You take out a white or regular colored rubber band, and let it be examined or whatever. You spin it around your index finger and it turns red (examinable). You then spin it around your finger the other direction and it turns blue. Then you take out a dollar and cover the band with it. Using "the almighty force of the American dollar", you lift up the bill and the band is striped red, white and blue.

Is this conceivable in any way?
