Hi Steve,
I first learned of Magicopolis in the profile that was featured in issue 2 of Chuck and Chris Smith's Enigma. At the opening you had Penn & Teller cast their feet and hands in cement, a la Grauman's Theater. Is this a trend you continued? If so, who else has been immortalized in your "gallery?" Toward the end of your segment you mentioned that you would be remodeling part of the theater to include a magic bar, as an ode to the magic bars of Chicago, and that there would be an expansion of the magic store. Just curious how these projects worked out and if you can give a little update on the state of things today, two years later. Also... any future plans? One last note... you closed the segment with one of the best ID tricks I've ever seen. It was like Triumph on steroids. Very clever. Many thanks! Evan |

Greetings Magiguy, I was wondering who might see that Enigma profile, I guess it was you. I figued most would skip my part and focus on the instructional stuff. I'm a big P & T fan and only their prints grace Magicopolis. Yes we completed the bar, its open on show nights and for special events. The very talented Eric Tait performing... Also built the magic store which is open seven days a week. Currently developing a new show. Glad you liked the card trick.
