If you can make it look genuine, probably. I've heard you can print on flash paper, but never tried it myself.

I don’t see why you could not print on flash paper as long as it would fit in your printer and you used a water based ink. That way once it is dry its flash properties would return. It’s worth a shot to try to make some custom applications.

Flash ciggs are ok. I would try to print on flash paper though.If there is anyspark in your printer.well you can guess what would happen.It may harm the printer.Plus flash products has some nasty chemicals in it.If you need flash ciggs I believe you can get them @ Daytona Magic.
