This very same video with all the tight patterns was posted at the buskers Café and some of the buskers said that it was uninteresting because although it had a high skill level it also had low entertainment value, so what we as jugglers admire the general public does not find entertaining. I have a friend who is much better technically than me and he doesn't understand why I get more, and better paying jobs than he does, and he never will. The simple answer is he auint funny.

Al,
Truth, but heres the deal. The video is an exhibition its described as "Physical limits in technical 3- and 4 ball patterns juggling" I think it more than fills the job. Its not titled funniest or coolest or any other descriptive. I'm telling you this though being funny is not an excuse for not being good (not saying you aren't). Think of it this way if you could hit hard, tight patterns and high level skill tricks AND be as funny as you currently are It would put you in a good place (ex. Frank Oliver, Lucky Diamond Rich). Being funny is only one element to a good show another element is skill. The same way there is no substitue for being funny there is no substitue for raw skill and guess what audiences notice and apreciate both! All of this you know of course, Anton |

Hi there,
I really enjoyed that first video that was posted! I think I have seen it before, but it means a lot more to me now at my current juggling skill level! Thanks Anton for posting a brilliant video! Many thanks Mark Watson

Frankie is one of my idols. After seeing him perform at pier 39 I went out and bought me tails.

Ive got a tails jacket that puts all to shame. Its one step away from being a bull fighter uniform. Very fun though.
