Where can I buy the replacement gimmick? Even I don't need it now, it might come in handy when it happens.
Anyway, I think we can make it ourselves and only requires things are mostly sold in crafting shop or magic shop.

Try this - I set the effect up then thread a lace in and out of the holes quite tightly. Now I can carry this around in my pocket. When I am ready to perform I untie the lace telling them that this is to prove the 5 holes are genuine. You can then perform the effect, however there is another twist when you produce the card use the lace to stab the card through one or two of the holes to prove it's there - this will stop the card sticking as you open it! it's a great effect.
