I was wondering what others thoughts were on putting Cardiograhpic and the McCombical Deck in the same show? Considering they were performed close to the original presentation (for reference), do they play too similar for the audience? In essence are they two tricks where you try to divine a card, get it wrong, and then magically get it right?
Honestly, I think I know my feelings and I'm looking for someone to prove me wrong because I love both tricks so much. Edd

The effects are certainly similar - but depending on your presentation I think you could get away with it. I would separate them by a few tricks for sure. Both effects include comedy, but McCombical has a different premise - the magician showing the audience that he is forcing the predicted card on the assistant. This is a completely different thing in the minds of the audience, IMHO. Try it once for a non-paying crowd and see how it goes. I would like to know how it goes for you.
