It was brought to my attention that some people who bought my last booklet (Shalosh - Stage Work) took seriously a remark I made in the bonus section in which I claim I've invented the Out to Lunch principle. Well, I didn't. It was a joke (and aparently not a good one). The OTL principle was invented long before my grandfather was born. Again, it was a joke.
