I was in Walgreens the other day and found in the bargain bin for $2 a 12 inch diameter black plastic turntable. It is about 1/2 inch thick and spins very easily - I guess it's used for woodworking, crafts, etc. Anyway, I have a two cup routine using a chopped set of Tim Star's copper Bosco style cups. So far, I have used it for a transpo/non transpo phase where the ball actually stays in place while the cups rotate 180 degrees. It's a new move and fun to do. Can you think of others?

It's not a new move. djkuttdecks put that on a video here several months ago.

Robert... I was just playing I would never really accuse someone of that. I'm glad you found it, its a great idea. Hope you can shoot a video sometime of it for us. Sorry if you took what I said seriously, that's why I put a smiley face at the end :-D

No harm, no foul - it does make me think twice about posting any 'new' ideas without first searching for credits since originality seems to be the most hotly debated topic on the Café....

Robert:
I think I know the kind of person you are. And I don't really think you would intentionally copy something you saw here or elsewhere. So please accept my apology if you feel like I was implying anything like that.

All,
I have a question. Actually, several. A few year ago, on a whim, I bought a set of Hindu Cups made by Viking Mfg/Collectors' Workshop. The box reads "Unique Chop Cup Feature" Can any one explain what that means or point me to a web site? Also I would be interested in finding a routine that I can see how these things are used. Finally, The knitted balls are fairly tacky. Can new knitted balls be had? Does only one have a magnet, typically? All the best, Angelo
