Hello,
I took 11 excerpts from the first five volumes of the "What Do You Expect For A Dollar?" Series, plus added two bonus Half-Finished Items, for a total of 13 items, in a PDF titled "Friday Fun 13", to help celebrate Friday the 13th! "What Do You Expect For A Dollar?" is a series of Half-Finished Items with Multiple Typos and No Photographs. So far five volumes have been published. I am no longer taking subscribers for this series, but you can check out some of the work in "Friday Fun 13". The cost is only $5.00 US. It is an instant download and available from: http://www.mirrorname.com/magictricks.htm This ebook will be taken down some time next Friday. Have a safe and fun Friday the 13th! Sincerely, Dale A. Friday Fun 13 is a collection of good short effects and ideas from a great thinker.
I high recommend everything from Dale. |

I second that.
I've read tons of Dale's stuff, and it's ALWAYS worth a read - he's a great creative thinker with some seriously off-beat ideas, and the dollar books represent great value. Liam. |

Hi,
Thanks for the kind comments everyone. Please remember that these are Half-Finished Items. There's at least eleven more volumes that will be published in the "What Do You Expect For A Dollar?" Series, but I am no longer taking subscribers for the series. There are also Bonus Supplements made available to subscribers first. ("Lunarcy" was first made available as a supplement to the subscribers). "Friday Fun 13" represents some of the Best of the Series So Far. Just to be clear: none of the "What Do You Expect For A Dollar?" Series that have been published so far are available on an individual basis as of right now (i.e. there is no way to buy Volume One, Two, Three, Four, or Five separately) and I am no longer taking subscribers. Some day, when I find time, I will publish a "Finished Items" compilation of the Series, with photographs, etc. etc. "Friday Fun 13" was made available to celebrate Friday 13th, and will be taken down sometime this Friday. Well, I am off to work on Volume Six. On a semi-related note, I am working on a couple of other projects that should prove interesting. One is a project with a very talented guy out of the United Kingdom. Another is my first hardcover book. And, I am still working on the charity ebook "Winners / Reality As Canvas". Thank you for all your support. Sincerely, Dale A. Hildebrandt |

I picked this up about a week ago and really enjoyed the ideas within. The effects are similar to what I like to create; quirky and off-beat.
Dale, are you going to take new subscribers to "What Do You Expect For A Dollar?" anytime in the near future? If not, do you plan on releasing more of these "Friday Fun" ebooks? I really enjoyed your ideas and I would love to see more. Rob P.S. Do you have any plans on selling the entire series as a giant ebook one day? I'm mad I missed out on this.... |
