It is extremely expensive for what it is. To me, the method was obvious after watching the demo, but still with a good presentation, it might be the most beautiful coin trick in the world.
I assume that it can be done in walk around, because of the close-up pad and reset time. You could do it at close-up shows, but visibility might be a problem. Only place where it really could be used is at a competition, I think. |

Charlie Cambra from Connecticut is 81 and Dean refused to sell him a set because of his age Dean didn't think he could learn it. Charlie bought them and sent Dean a tape of his handling of these coins. Dean was quite impressed.

Easy on the send button.......HAHAHAHahahahaaaaaaa.......Anyway I have seen the presentation done live and it does add to the magic and flavor this trick brings. It is truly hard to justify buying something for $1000 after seeing a 15 sec. clip off of the internet. But then again how many people have purchased crappy, sub-par, levitations for $300-plus.

Charlie Cambra was a student of Slydini's, but it doesn't say on the DVD whether this was a routine that was performed by Slydini (and taught to Mr Cambra) or whether Mr Cambra applied the principles taught to him by Slydini to his presentation of Dean's effect. Does anyone know the answer to that one? Richard
I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I only lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody stands there picking the locks, they are always locking three. Elayne Boosler

Yes $1000 is a lot of money but I saw him perform it when I was in Vegas and it is great.
