Hi, all... a few people have been following a thread I began in which I voiced concerns over the response I was receiving from VSM corp.
I am writing today because Kelly has personally reached out to me and we have begun to sort out the issues. We've had a brief phone conversation and left a few messages for each other, and for me, this goes a long way towards establishing a lasting business relationship. I don't expect to be invited to the company picnic any time soon, but I wanted to publicly express my gratitude to Kelly for taking this step. As I described in my previous posts, I have successfully used my new iCue2, and am very pleased with its' performance so far. I look forward to proceeding with mended fences, and in light of my previous thread, I wanted to share the positive outcome of my interactions with VSM with this forum. |
