Is there a version on video of Dan Harlans Travlin Cash done where after the steps down the bands you can also repeat by going up the bands?

I read the Lecture notes by Shigeo Futagawa where he teaches his " Round Trip Rubberbands " but a video would be helpful.

Also I think Dean Dill has done some work on this.
