I bought Hippity Hop Friends years ago second hand from Cody Fisher, but got no instructions and never used. Now I'd like to show it to my grandchildren, but I can't figure out how to weave the 8 images of 2 different children into a story.

The magi can choose which of 4 pairs he pulls from behind his back. At least, I suppose if I were gentle, I think I could fold the panels flat to display either of 2 pairs per panel, but right now the hinges resist the last 45 degrees.

Could you outline Steve Taylor's story and which pictures to use at which stage>\? Or suggest how I could find/buy the instructions or another story that fits?
