I went to 2 different Dick's Spoting Goods Stores. I entered each store, cups in hand.. Neither store had any that would fit. I found something
that came close I'm going to send you tommorow,. Let me know what you think. Sincerely Yours, Mad Jake Sr.

Thanks again. More importantly to anyone/everyone else who might be reading our exchange here, it underscores the fact that whereas any/all lacrosse balls USED to reliably fit Paul Fox cups, times (and standardization of lacrosse ball sizes) have changed.
(When I first got my RnT2 Paul Fox cups a couple of years ago, I too -- like you -- took them into a local but big/corporate sporting goods store. I tried out every lacrosse ball they had, in a bin-full of loose balls. I walked out empty-handed, because NONE fit my cups.)

Didn't bother me.
BTW, my unauthorized second run "Charlie Miller" cups from Magic Inc. has taken every LaCrosse ball I've fed it.

Charlie Miller cups isn't the discussion here. It's Paul Fox cups. I've got Phoenix Cups from Tom Frank. I can get a tennis
ball in them, so a lacrosse ball fits easily into both my Charlie Miller cups and my Tom Frank cups. Comparing Paul Fox cups load vs. Charlie Miller cups are like comparing apples and oranges.

Ok, this has been a ODC moment for me. The first 2 sets of RNT 2 Paul Fox, all take an oversize Lacrosse ball. They roll right out from underneath when you raise
the cups to expose the lacrosse balls. They do the same with DD/Type 2 cups. Jake Jr.'s captain thinks we are nuts playing with cups. Then Jr. did the routine for him and he finally understood. The cups must be from the first run, because one set from the next run didn't take the lacrosse ball. The opening on the cups are the same, something went wrong at the second run and I'm just now hearing about it based on this thread. We're on our way back into shore, when we get back to Virginia both Jr. and I will sit down and find the hang up is. I have a feeling it has something to do with the first shoulder bead and the way it tapers. We should be back in Va. in just.a few days. Jake Sr and Jake Jr.
