The routine is in stars of magic, done with sugar cubes, and uses sleight of hand.
The coin version of David Roth's from his first lecture, and later published in his book and also in the magazine Apocalypse. There are several variations published, including "Shadow Coins" in the Ammar book and a few notable others by folks like David Neighbors and Dean Dill in print for the finding. Most people start with the Roth book, written by Richard Kaufman. It has lots of illustrations to help you get started.

And may I add that you can go for "extra's", gaffs of all kinds, or good old pure sleight of hand.
Asking to explain chink-a-chink is like asking to explain cups and balls. It is a seminal routine that has as much variations as a pick-a-card trick (well...almost) David Roth's book is a great (though advanced) starting point. A little correction from my side. Shadowcoins is not in Ammar's book but on one of his Easy to Master Coinvids.
