I'm trying to post a message with external images using the "img" [in brackets] code, but I keep getting the following error message:
"BBcode [img] entry contains an invalid image URL, is not an image, or could not be verified." The same code, copied and pasted, works on other boards, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Every problem contains the seeds of its own solution. Unfortunately every problem also contains the seeds of an infinite number of non-solutions, so that first part really isn't super helpful.

The forum uses certain image validation tools to make sure whatever is being entered is actually an image and not a potentially harmful object. It looks for certain information usually found in image files, and if not found produces that error. What's the URL of the image?
Somebody kick me off the computer, will ya?
