Does anyone know of a good portable PA system that I can use an axtrax and be able to speak over. if I could wear the system to walk around, it would be best. any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Anchor Mini Vox.
I don't think you can talk and play music with the ones around your waist. (not sure)? Geeze....How much stuff do you want to carry?

I use a portable PA by Taynor because it is operated by a battery pack and yet kicks out enough quality sound to use in some pretty big spaces. It is definitely not the wearable type though.
