Can Plate Spinning be done within an hour of practice?

Getting started is easy but it depends on the type of plate and technique you are learning. I can teach a child to spin a plate with plastic spinning plates in minutes. Metal Dube's take longer and accelerating can be a bit tricky to master. Then you have to learn throws, curls, spinning on finger, finger curls, balances, back rolls, behind the back pass, and multiple plates. So yes and no.

I taught myself how to spin the plastic plates with either hand one Saturday morning.

Meet me at magic week in Colon, Mi. next August, and I will give you a personal juggling workshop if you buy me lunch. We will cover what ever level of juggling that you are ready for. We can cover scarf juggling, plate spinning, club passing, or five ball, you call it, my friend.

I sent you all the details that you need to join the Motor City jugglers club and get up to speed before we meet in Colon next August. When you get there introduce yourself, shake hands with all the members, and they all will be happy to help you.

That is why your PM to me was so confusing. The IJA records are never up to date. I'm glad everything worked out for the best. Mike I'll bring 6 clubs with me to Michigan this summer so we can busk, but I don't think it will be that profitable to busk for the Amish.
