I have been a bit hesitant about joining this forum as one of the other forums was really not that helpful and was actually fairly close minded.
After reading many posts over the past several months, I have decided that I might be able to chat about magic the way I would like to. I hope to become a productive member of this forum. I have been studying magic for about 6 months and am fashioning an Alice in Wonderland/Mad Hatter show. I have also been practicing and studying renaissance magic to perhaps perform at the local renaissance festival as a "traditional" street magician that one may have encountered in those days. I am working on coins, cards, and cups and balls (the latter with the assistance of Mr. Bill Palmer) and I am excited to "try out" next April. See you on the forums. Sincerely, Justin Carmical |

Actually, I have never heard of "through the looking glass". I am intrigued. What kind of illusion is it?
