I see a potential script in this. Hey, if "Prison Break" can make it through three seasons on a single premise, this is at LEAST a mini-series (or do they do those anymore?)
Seriously, one of the "ripples" of something like this is that it hits those like me, newly (re)acquainted with public appearance and at least curious as to the positives of the marketing programs available. Eric and others seem like reputable men, but a blanket like this spreads wide. Hope there is an amicable resolution to this. Steve |

I started a thread on this subject but it just got deleted. I won't name names this time.
But I am glad others saw this and thought it was wrong as well. As much as I would love to purchase this person's course I cannot support this type of unethical marketing. Bad form!!!! |

Well, if this person isn't good enough to generate really testimonials, he has no business selling his supposed knowledge to other magicians.

Hart, it's too bad your post was deleted. I wonder why they did that. I think it's important to inform each other of what's going on, even if it means mentioning names! Let's continue to spread the word about this guy on and off of the Café, hopefully he'll learn a lesson!
Best wishes! Kevin |

Yeah but we can keep it going here as long as we don't name names! lol
I really don't understand why it was deleted either, I have seen things MUCH worse here on the Café that don't get deleted. Oh well... I think the first step is simply boycotting this person's products, I really appreciate the fact that he sent me the free CDs but this type of thing shouldn't be tolerated. He is a very smart guy so I don't know why he would even need to resort to this type of marketing, ya know? If you have any other good recommendations for Adwords courses please let me know. I looked into Perry Marshall's stuff and took the online courses on google's learning center so I should be good to go but would be open to other's thoughts and ideas. Thanks in advance... |

Another funny thing about that site- Jason Hudy is listed as one of 3 "local Florida Magicians", yet his contact info on his site is for Ypsilanti, Michigan. I guess if you know the right back roads, it COULD be local...

In addition to the similarity in websites... check out the guys' "look!" I mean, we've often heard about Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson being similar... we never see them together...hmmmm. Coincidence? I'm calling the Enquirer!

Both are close friends. I believe they shared the same resources.
Their "look" you can blame on their families' genetics...and no they are not related.
Your choices in life can be compared to watching a magic trick: You can continue to believe the illusion in front of you, find the intrigue and desire to learn more, or quit paying attention the moment you feel deceived.

If you look at the copyright date on the bottom of the website you can see which came first.
