A client in Charlotte, NC is putting together an upscale benefit for a children's charity and is interested in finding a magician who would be willing to donate 1-2 hours of strolling close-up magic for a great cause. They would also be happy to distribute your business cards and put your name in the flyers and invitations to help gain increased publicity for your shows.
Interested parties, please email me at entvision@netscape.net Thank you!! |

If it's an "upscale benefit," they can afford to "pay" a performer with some experience if they want to maintain that image.
Good luck on your search. Lyndel |

Thanks for your response. Actually, by "upscale benefit", I meant it was an indoor, formal-attire event. All money donated from tickets purchased, auction, etc. goes to a children's charity, which is a great cause. I understand that donating an evening of entertainment without pay may not be everyone's favorite thing. But, for those of generous spirit, there's nothing wrong with giving back to the community and with helping children in need. Plus, some additional publicity is a nice side benefit. I wish I could provide the entertainment myself, but I am performing out of state that evening.
