I'm looking for a fog machine that is verry powerful for my magic show

Those are CO2 blasts, not fog. Another option is Nitrogen. As far as an alternative with a fog machine goes....the best fogger to simulate CO2 is the Viper NT from Look Solutions. We use two of them for our Jet Turbine illusion. Using a quick dissipating fluid, will cause the fog to vanish almost as quickly as CO2 or Nitrogen.

Were those CO2 blasts? How did he control the speed of the blasts to slow them down? CO2 blasts are fast. Uless the footage was slowed down. I was under the impression it was fast dissipating fuild but 2 or 3 machines but the look of it. The density and flow also looked my like fog or smoke than CO2.
