Hi All
Can anyone please help establish the earliest published source for loading a sleeve from the inside of the jacket as another item is introduced from the inside pocket? Many thanks Greg

I would guess that it is Jack Chanin's Encylcopedia of Sleeving. I think was put out in the late 1940's or early 1950's.
