We have found in SW Michigan a BIG demand for magic programs submitted to local cable access systems. We first produced More Than Magic!, which were four 1/2 hour programs that have since aired on 5 cable access systems in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Paw Paw, Portage and Richland. EACH program ended up being aired more than 50 times! 5 more 1/2 hour programs are almost finished (currently being edited-already filmed) and will be posted shortly at http://www.ChristianMagician.org. This new series is entitled Now That's Magic! We are also planning two more filming sessions for later this year, plus a one hour live Now That's Magic! show being filmed in 2009. I would encourage magicians everywhere to make use of their local cable access tv studios, a good way for free publicity and to promote magic. I also like the "variety" show approach, prevents your own personal show from being over exposed to the area where you live.
