I was wondering if some of you kind folks could provide some details on regulations regarding traveling on the airlines with doves and a parrot?
Hard to do? Shots or veterinarian documentation required? Any preferred airline experiences? Any chance the parrot can go into the aircraft in a carry on case, or would she have to go in an animal transport section? Thanks, Rich |

Rich,
Check with your Post Office first. The birds still fly on the same planes except that it is considerably cheaper and they arrive on time! Packaging may differ some. Bob Sanders Magic By Sander |

Are you recommending mailing your doves and rabbit to your hotel room? How strict is the Post Office about vaccinations? How do I explain the box that says, "live animals" to the hotel?

You will likely want to pick up the animals at the Post Office.
(Hotels will pick them up for you but you will pay dearly for it.) Bob Sanders Magic By Sander |
