Troy, you are renowned for your coin and card effects, but I've heard you do mental magic and mind reading in your shows. I don't expect you to give away your routine, but what kind of effects are you doing? and how much of the show is mentalism?

Hello Don I love mentalism I perform a few routines in my stand-up show I open with Nick Lakins Cereal Killer, Larry Beckers Flashback II book test, Bob Cassidys card memory routne . Those are my 3 favorites I like to perform in my show, pretty basic routines.

I recommend the Juan Tamariz book 'Mnemonica' on the memorized deck. You can add a lot of startling mental effects to your stand up / walk-around repetoire. Even if you don't use Juan's stack, many of the effects translate to any memorized deck. I've been hooked on Osterlind's Breakthrough Card System for years for fantastic mental card effects, and Juan's book took my favorite stack to new heights.
