Can anyone tell me when Peter Nardi's run away joker came on the market. I have a trick that is identical that I came up with freely and have been trying to market it for over a year and a half. I was in talks with Murphy's but couldn't agree on some legistics. Any help would be great. Just trying to protect my gaffs and my trick. Thanks

Over 4 years ago. If you look here you will see it was added to this dealers catalog in March 2006
http://www.mjmmagic.com/store/run-away-j......437.html More interestingly, since you are trying to market your idea to Murphys, Murphys Magic added it to their catalogue in 2004. If yours is the exact same gaff then you reinvented it, and didn't they realize they were already selling the same effect? Ben Harris also covered a similar theme with his Bikin' where a joker rides off to find a selection (also around 2004). Paul. |

Thanks for the info. I guess I'm out of luck. Oh well back to the drawing board.
Thanks again. |
