On the last illusion (Water Tank escape) why did they not put the ropes on tight on the right hand side and why was the lock not closed. It was left there with the key on it but opened.
Is it for a reason other than a mistake ? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhZevSgX6-k |

I'm thinking it was a mistake...

Not sure about the rope or the lock. I wonder why after every illusion he does he runs forward and leans towards the audience and waves his arms like he is trying to scare off a grizzly bear. I never cared much for mr Klok but to each his own I guess.
THOUGHTfully,

The key was in the lock and appeared to be unlocked on the first illusion too.
The mysterious tightening of the right hand strap on the last illusion was the most magical thing of all. Sloppy mistakes aside, the whole act just made no sense to me. It was a random series of stage illusions strung together with little theme or meaning. The sudden card manipulation interlude obviously to draw attention to the head dropping illusion had me shaking my own head. |
