AHHHH yeah that's like Wordpres 2.0 before they had the features to auto update it..

ask for the 2.7 install.. has a TON of features that you will love

especialy the auto download and install of plugins through the control panel

Oooo Kaaay,

Sorry to bump this topic back up again..but...some readers of my blog have had trouble subscribing. Now, I have noticed that when they go to the Wordress site for the blog, there is an RSS feed box in the address bar. However, when they go to the integrated version on my site, the RSS feed box isn't there...any ideas or fixes?

What you're referring to is called "RSS autodiscovery". There are meta tags you can include in the head section of your document that tells the web browser the name of the feed.

Here are the tags that are in your blog, but not the your integrated version:

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="Mark Roberts ~ Mind Reader RSS Feed" href="http://www.illusionsofthemind.co.uk/wordpress/?feed=rss2" />

<link rel="alternate" type="application/atom+xml" title="Mark Roberts ~ Mind Reader Atom Feed" href="http://www.illusionsofthemind.co.uk/wordpress/?feed=atom" />

I thought I'd keep this in the same thread since it touches on some of the same concepts, and is still about marketing yourself.

But this is more along the lines of visual appearance than behind the scenes.
