If the cards are shown around its possible people might see that more than one was thinking of the same card. Not sure its a good idea in the tossed deck.

Maybe Brainwave deck is superior than invisible deck, because I can say "I put it your card into another deck beforehand."
... Oh wait, then I must prepare two Brainwave deck... gee. |

Isn't this a problem with the patter!
Off course it's possible to have a spectator who has "seen" another card...not really to put you on the spot but they just believe they have seen the specific card. You might try this out: "please peek at a card and make sure you see it clearly, it's possible that some cards are not in there...it's an old deck, so make sure you see the card where you open the deck". This technique is used in another routine by a friend of mine, Simon Bakker, who is also on the boards Maybe you can use it...
