Hi to everyone!
I have just joined the Magic Café. I am a London based Magician working full-time as a magician in restaurants, corporate and private events and I am now working on a couple of routines to perform on cruise ships. I would like help with one of the ideas I have for the opening of my show. It includes levitating a bowling ball on stage. I have had some thoughts on it but they seem a bit unrealistic. Is anyone willing to help me out with this? If so, please PM me and I will be thrilled to hear what ideas come up and what I could actually implement in my shows. If there is a topic about this already please could you send me the link for the topic. Thanks a lot and hope to chat and exchange ideas on here often. Please visit my website, http://www.maxwoolfmagic.com there is a bit more information on my background and what I do. Thanks and chat to you soon! Max Woolf - It's maXgic! |

Welcome to the Café!
I'm sure the levitations are covered somewhere here - maybe the illusion section? However, I would think your first piece of business would be to make or aquire a very light-weight bowling ball. Jim |

Welcome
Check Tommy Wonder's Books on Wonder on a large expanding ball (which you could make a bowling ball and add a big lead at the bottom for the noise when you drop it on the floor I'm sure you are aware that Kevin James is doing a similar illusion with a different technique
