Bob,
When you perform this, during the sequence when you sandwich the coins between the two spectator's hands, do you ever get the response that they felt you take two coins out, even though you clearly show them one coin? This has happened to me a couple of times... Also, where did you get that beautiful C/S/B set you use on the "Bob Does Hospitality" DVD !?!?!

Gaddy,
If you have someone else put their hand on top of the other guys hand it almost never happens because they have to deal with someone else being in their space. And you know two guys holding hands is something most men don't want to deal with at all. They're more than ready for "what have you got there." It may be to much time between the removal of the coin and the change. I might just agree with and say "correct" as you show the single coin. Who are they going to believe? They see you have one coin so obviously they must have two. What's his problem? Then make the change from one coin to two with "If I have two then you must have one. Open your hand." You don't have to argue or prove anything just include what they say in the sequence. Nice to see you working it out. It's this kind of detail that makes the routine so memorable. Bob. |

I got a great idea. If you like Tod get it from him. If you like Jamie get it from him. Johnson's is just fine.
I think I was standing in front of Jamie's and got it from him. So if I lost it I'd probably get it from him. Unless I was standing in front of Tod's table and wanted it right now then I'd get it from him. And if I didn't want to spend that much money I would get Johnson's. Or maybe I would dig through my stuff and find an old set I know I have somewhere. bob. |

Bob, do you think it is better to use a gaff set of copper silver brass, or just sleight of hand, but they accomplish the same thing.

Mark,
If you have that kind of skill set you don't need me to tell you to go for it. I'm not sure you can duplicate this routine with raw sleight of hand. This routine is so strong and looks like unbelievable sleight of hand. No pocket switches with really good visuals in the spectators hands. My real answer is NO. You got Shoot Ogawa hands? YES. With love, bob. |

I don't "think" anyone can make the miracle changes that happen as clean in C/S/B with pure sleight of hand.
