Ken Whitener had a heart attack and died this week. Maybe not the most recognized name but one of the best operators of the Hyp Show. The founder of the Laugh Stop Comedy Club in Houston Texas, his career spanned more than 3 decades. He worked clubs, fairs, festivals, colleges, motivational presentation and as a speaker. I've known him since 1999 and he was one of the motivating forces that got me into doing the Hypnosis Shows. My life is richer for having known Ken and I wish the best to his family in this time of grief.

Thanks for the posting. Ken was such a fantastic guy and an excellent comedy performer that perfectly mixed his personality with his skills of hypnosis. My condolences to his family. Ken was a true credit to our industry and a class act for sure. |

Ken was a terrific personality and did the profession proud on the FOX Kids Net work. |
