Now that guy needed a real swatting!
Why is it that some people just won't answer the question that is asked?

I really get put off when people ask me "why do you want that?"
I sometimes want to say, "Well, I'm going to insert it into my left nostril and pretend it is a gigantic booger." Hope you weren't drinking a coke or a cup of coffee when you read that.

It's not the size of the wand that matters, it's the "magic" in it...

LOL! Thankfully, no I wasn't... but that was hilarious.
BTW - I recently bought a pretty cool solid steel baseball off eBay. This thing weighs 20 oz and has stitches formed on it like a real ball. It's called a Maggie-Ball. You can see it in the closeup photo of my chop cup collection. http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/searc......=6019525 I bought it to use as the last ball of my final loads, but don't want to damage my cups. Thanks for the laugh!

BTW, I just got another couple of dozen lacrosse balls from yet another source. None of them would fit into a Paul Fox cup.
Apparently, the size varies depending on how tightly the moulds are clamped together (I've seen a few slightly oval balls) and how hot the moulds have become. They are solid rubber balls, so the discrepancy is also apparent from the weight.

What is going to happen to all those balls, I mean really?
I was going to ask what chick (as in chicken, just to be clear) would make the best final load. I fear if I ask we will soon have Farmer Bill, Chicken King of Texas!! |

Well, as a sidebar to all of this ball purchasing, I have learned that almost ANY lacrosse ball will fit into an RnT or an RnT II Monti cup. Since these balls come in several colors, I now have about half a gross of heavy rubber balls that are in my storage unit, just waiting for a project for them.
Regarding baby chicks -- I don't work with livestock. Or deadstock, either.

What are you going to do with all those (hundreds) of inconsistent sized balls, Bill? You must be having hundreds of them by now.
