Ok . . . Ok . . . I admit it. I have "powers". The whole magic thing is just a front. You have to tell everyone it's a "trick" other wise they'll harass you about giving THEM your powers.

Bravo Greg! We have to session soon man! Wonderful job. This is a great after dinner routine. I can see this happening on stage as well. Let me know if you plan to release this ok!

That's great Greg. The spectator has no choice but to admit you can see into the future!

Nicely done Greg. I really liked the way you pre-sold the concept at the start of the routine. BTW, consider always having a card missing and "prediciting" that the 8 would be missing before the routine even begins (nice quick laugh bit). I particularly like the "...sleiiightly into the future..." line. Very nice routine!

Hi Rannie,
Thank you, I would love to bounce ideas off of you. I always love the magic you do. Hi Harlequin, Thanks for your comment. As you said, spectators are always convinced that I can see "slightly" into the future. Hi Charlie, I'll never forget your kindness my brother. The pre-sale is a very critical part of the routine. The 8 missing bit was a genuine mistake of me rushing for the camera. The "slightly into the future" concept has only one flaw. If I really could look slightly into the future then why couldn't the spectator just mix the cards and then reveal the prediction. Sometimes I use the premise of spectator has no choice . . . "I'm gonna put my hand on your shoulder . . . I will say DEAL or SWITCH . . . you can either obey or disobey . . . but no matter what you THINK is a free choice, I'm actually forcing your every move." This way the individual steps of "Deal or Switch" are justified. And my hand on their shoulder is the "FORCING power". thank you friends, Greg Rostami |

Thank you Ed.
This is one of my favorite effects in my repertoire. I have to give credit where credit is due. If it wasn't for Paul Curry this routine would have never happened. Greg Rostami |
