Hey guys,
I wanted to learn some gambling material from Martin, and considered getting volume 3 of his "award winning card magic" series, but also his "very best of martin nash" series looks pretty good. Should I get any of those as well? any recommendations or advice would be appreciated |

If you like card magic, any dvd is great from Martin Nash, he is one of the best cardsharks.
I recommend MARTIN A. NASH'S CHARMING CHEAT SHOW & LECTURE DVD: http://mymagic.com/nash.htm This DVD is "full" with truly amazing card magic. Ten To One is one of my favourites, looks impossible, sure. |

I don't often comment these days due to other commitments. However, I had to comment on Mr.Nash's work.
Get all his dvds. He is a true legend. If you learn just one brilliant effect, let it be Limited Ambition. Learn this and amaze people forever. Best Gerry

Marty is a great guy and even after he was past his prime (per him) he was better than most. HIs character is wonderful and prepare to work to get things smooth. His notes are very good as well. I use his universal card all the time.

Last I heard, his health took a down turn and I've not seen anything from him lately.

Martin is an excellent teacher who provides a lot of insights into the material he's teaching. And, as other's have said all of the DVDs in the series are worth getting.

Martin is still living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. The last I heard from him is when we exchanged a few emails back in November when he was hoping to make it to a Richard Turner lecture being hosted by The Vancouver Magic Circle - IBM Ring 92. Reading between the lines it sounded like he was doing quite well.

Martin Nash is a legend. Get all his DVDs. There all great.
Any news on his books getting republished? I was oh so close to a workshop with Martin. Ben Train organized this, but unfortunately (I'm sure most remember) Martin was in a car accident and was unable to do it. Thankfully he was OK. |

Martins Nash's material is simply superb. His work on false deals is great. I agree, get all of it that you can.
