I don't know what you all or talking about. I'm a real magician I don't need an "IT" to make something float or levitate. I simply take my magic wand, waive it around a little bit and magically objects begin to rise around me. Now that's true magic haha....
I really enjoy reading stories on here Brandon |

I have to admit, when I first heard about "Enlightenment", I really did believe that there was someway, somehow, some kind of gimmick that actually made the card hover. It was a new way using magnets, it said, I just thought it was something different. Now I'm not getting into the debate here which went on for a while about weather the trick was advertised as "actually floating", and I still like and use Enlightenment a lot.(I know many do not like this). But I do admit that I thought there was NOTHING attached to the card. And if you think about it, if someday there is some kind of miracle gimmick that can actually make things float or hover the spectators will STILL suspect some kind of thread, anyway!!! Just got LOOPS in the mail, and pulled my Hummingbird Card out of the closet, I'll start with that.

Hey, Jim, what kind of levitation effects do you use for the kids besides the floating rose? And I'm sure that the kids react much differently than adults to your (levitation) effects. By the way, I did a family "kids" show a while back and I have to tell you it was a disaster. They totally destroyed everything I had on the table. I had a few rows of chairs and they never even sat in them.(I'm glad I didn't do anything that was "angle sensitive"),they were buzzing all around me like flies. How do you deal with wild and crazy kids, anyway? (They want another show soon).

Save your cash mate. In my opinion, the majority of products like this are based on hype. I've learned that the hard way.

I think Jim offers the soundest advice!
Natte, resale on "used" magic is iffy at best so my suggestion is heed the advice of the experienced, save your money and keep practicing and when you're ready for Tarantula, there be something newer and cooler to try! OR, clean out and designate a big drawer for all those "GOTTA HAVE" tricks and store em there as they may peak your interest some day down the road! Most of us have such a drawer! Enjoy the ride, Mick |

Actually Jim the "Big Drawer" is just a resting place between the Big Shelf and the HUGE Trunk! The rest is all about restraint after the first couple years!
