Interesting. Hope he got Jack-in-the-Box's consent to use that character ball.

I find it very cool. Since Al Goshman and his salt shakers, not many people have used their imagination to do C&Bs with other props than the cups. The only exceptions were the attempts with crystal clear glasses by Antonio Romero, Jason Latimer and myself (in reverse chronological order) after a much earlier trial by George Blake with semi transparent ones and Pete Biro's use of Hotel crystal clear glasses covered with sanitized paper.
Previous attempts had involved shells, plumbing pipes, waste baskets, garbage cans... This clown hats is therefore another original angle and there are also a few creative intermediary twists. Altogether I find it pretty good and certainly better than yet another version of Dai Vernon's routine (itself made of pre-existing props and moves). Even if such hats may not be my preferred props, this is a matter of personal taste and I wish to salute the originality and the creativity of John George. This extends to the music which is properly chosen and linked to the effect.

Sorry I forgot the juke box (cup) by Tim Ellis, which is great.
