I was performing at a bar one day and a guy lost his wallet. The first thing he did was accuse me because I was the "magician."
Has this ever happened to any one here? |

I'm not sure I think it's funny???
But I saw it happen to another magician at my university a few years ago - he was doing strolling magic at our Summer Party and a girl whom he performed for lost her purse and accused him! The Police were called and he was searched - he was clean - needless to say we could never book another magician to perform at our university! |

I once did magic in a restaurant and while I did the MacDonalds aces somebody stold the pocketbook of one of the ladies I was doing magic for... quite funny for me, not for her
I asked if she like cardtricks. she said:No! I did four...

Have you ever had your wallet turn up missing while doing a trick?
bike during the day,
do magic at night, and very early the next morning, homework. |

Thankfully not!
But yeah, at school whenever something goes missing from someone pockets.. I get blamed! Also, some people won't let me near them!

Yup, something like this happened to me too.
Once during New Years time. I went to my friends house to gamble. During the Chinese New Year Festival, we are allow to gamble at home. So we went over to this friends home. Since we are all classmates, they know that I do magic and perform in schools for various functions. We gambled till late in the evening and left. I and a few friends went for a late night supper. During the supper, I was surprised to hear that I was accused of cheating during the game by my friend who was the banker. I was so fustrated that he accused me after losing a lot that evening. My friend asked me if I did cheat. I actually did not. Sometimes, things are hard to predict. When someone gets jealous and wants to frame you. It is simple as ABC. Symmatrix

Wow this is quite freaky but only last week I had a very similar experience symmatrix. I was playing cards with some friends they accused me of cheating when I was winning. Like you I was clean. I don't think it helped though that I gave them a gambling demo straight after the game though. Got them a bit suspicious!

Seems like we are in the same boat pal..
Sometimes I do also ponder that whether should we keep our identity confidential or not? Hmmm..... Symmatrix

Once I was playing poker with some guys and I won a very large pot, and a couple days later I found out that they thought they saw me bottom dealing to win the pot and I never did.

Do what I do, somebody asks you an impossible task, non magic related, like boss at work, or friend asking for a lot of money. They ask you, and you say, what do I look like? A magici.... oh.... always goes over well
Hey I'm a magician, i've never told a lie.....oops:o/
