I was wondering if you've ever considered writing a book on your magic? Either essays or routines? I have(as have so many others) enjoyed your lectures, and DVD's, as well as the wonderful Mystery School Book. But I wondered if you ever had any plans to write your own "This is my Life in Magic"?

I have ben reflecting the last few days on this question....I really think that I could just take the posts from this weeks posts and write a book!

I know that I have a book hidden in here! It will take a very patient magi a serious amount of time to put all the pieces together, but I am sure that I have written a full book right here on the Magic Café.

I have to agree with you. I have just read the history of the mask act - this is perfect material for a book as it stands.

Not only a magical artist, but an artist of words too.

I think that's wonderful. It has been such an inspiring week here at the Café, and I for one feel these posts deserve a more permanent home,something tangible to be read years from now, to curl up with late at night. Besides, as Mark Twain said,"Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend...."

A quick question: what all does the Mystery School book have in it?

For me this book was an adventure Into the Deeper Meaning of Magic

First held in 1992, Eugene Burger and Jeff McBride's Mystery School promised to be a magic conference unlike any other: a group of magicians dedicated to seriously exploring the deeper sides of the art of magic. This event would not be held in a hotel or restaurant, but at a beautiful retreat center in nature where creativity and fellowship across differences could be inspired.
