Hello, Magi!
I've got a family fair gig coming up in July, where I'll be using the Flying Carpet and doing some Strolling Magic as well. Naturally, I'll be marketing my family/kid shows at this event (with the organiser's blessing) and I'm interested in hearing what you'd do to drive traffic to your Website and phone. Thanks in advance, Leland |

Several things minimally:
-- Have a banner on the front of your table with your name and web address prominently displayed -- Make sure to have the crowd say and repeat your name multiple times during your show. It's no good if they think you're great, but can't remember who you were. -- Mention several times during the show that you're available for other family gigs. For instance, "here's something I do at birthday parties and it's always a big hit!" -- If there's a way to distribute cards and/or flyers, that would be a great thing. On a flyer, I'd suggest offering some kind of deal because they saw you at this event... e.g., "10% Coupon for today's attendees!" -- Casually mention your website at least once during your program, as in -- "Please feel free to take pictures during my act... if you like, send me a copy... there's lots of similar photos up on my website at http://www.you.com" Have fun and have a great gig! --Jack
