Five and One by Tom Ogden is a great effect, easy to do, and carries small.

Can you describe the effect and list a link for a magic store that has this?
I did a quick google search on "five and one magic trick" and got nothing.

Is it similar to Atomic Bills?

Atomic Bills is another version of Five and One bill transposition, which is parctical. There is a DVD about Atomic Bills and other bill tricks called "Above Top Secret", I don't have the DVD but you can find a review in the Café.

From what I remember Atomic Bills is discontinued.
Above Top Secret has Atomic Bills 2.0 which is essentially the 1 to 5 transpo. Above Top Secret has a bunch of bill transpo's and its worth the money. there's another bill transpo on "Voracity". Jay Noblezada's 1 to 5 transpo is my best reputation maker. personally it has more of an impact than extreme burn which is my 2nd favorite. |

Tom Ogden's routine can be found in his old lecture notes... I can't remember the name (I think it was "And then he wrote").
Basically it appears to be a bill penetration between a $1 and a $5. One bill is gimmicked and by folding and interlacing one bill in half around the other bill also folded in half, it looks like they pass through each other. Lynn Fox |

Five and One is also demonstrated and tipped by Michael Ammar on his Easy to Master Money Magic video/dvd. I don't have it in front of me to tell you which volume, but you should be able to look it up on the L&L site.

If you’re talking about the trick where two bills penetrate each other after interlocking them it is also known as “the New York Puzzler” and can be found in THE CLOSE UP MAGIC OF FRANK GARCIA VOL 1. He credits Tom Ogden.

Sorry to say, this effect was invented by another magician way back pre 1960's. I have it in my bill trick collection. The defunct magic company, Supreme Magic sold it in England. If I am remembering correctly, a magician who went by the name of Marvo or Marvelo invented it.
It is a nice quick dollar bill effect. Hopefully, Tom Ogden gave it a good presentation for it. |

Marvo was the late Paul Diamond. He performed The Marvo Money Miracle in the Hans Zahn videos, still available on download by L&L.

Two interlaced bills wrapped around each other then penetrate the other. As you said it’s an excellent quick trick and definitely an attention getter as Frank Garcia mentions in his book. |
