Wiz Kid Qua-Fiki, being a minor, doesn't have much access to straitjackets, so he made his own using an over-sized Lunberjack Jacket and a lot of Duct Tape. The jackets are so cheap, he got a couple and he sometimes performs it as a "challenge act" by putting two volunteers (the guys who "know it all") into identical Lumberjack Straitjackets, then they all escape together and he ends up having to cut them free with scissors after he has escaped in less than a minute.
But when he doesn't do the challenge, he produces stuff from his Lumberjack Straitjacket during the act and slows down the escape to three or four minutes just to include it all. The stuff he finds apparently was left in the jacket by the Lumberjack who was the "former owner." So he gets frying pans and strings of sausage, hatchets and saws, and stuff like that. He recently added one of those little kiddie toy plastic chainsaws that make a racket, but don't do much else, and he uses that to attempt to cut through the duct tape between his legs. It's included in his new book "Escapes For Teens" on my site.

Not to muddy the waiters but what about the Herman's who were famous for producing ducks, rabbits and babies from the jackets of a patron, in the audience.
For those who don't know, The Herman's are credited with giving the image of a magician with a moustache and goatee wearing a top hat - then the Classic rabbit In The Hat was one of those produced rabbits (from a coat) and left in the patrons hat. That's it, The rabbit was never produced from the hat. Why not expand the topic to include funny things a pick-pocket pulls out of someone's coat? Another consideration would be the vaudeville act where the waiter comes on stage and silverware falls out of their coat. Can we get a consensus on what makes any of these original, or more thoughts on the subject?
