Anywhere I can find a Copper/Silver (C/S) U.S. Quarter piece??

Sasco use to sell them, but I believe they are discontinued from them.

I am looking to receive one within 2 weeks so Schoolcraft and Lassen are out of the question, as I would go that route otherwise.

Here's one that has a US Quarter/Euro 50 Cent.

Here's one that uses a US Quarter/2 Pence (which is really hard to find):

That 2pence one looks great. Go for that man.

True-- The 2 Pence one does look great, but I do NOT want to use a SILVER Quarter. I want to borrow today's quarters and introduce a "new" copper coin.

Any place to get a 2 Pence/Post-1964 Quarter coin???

I may have to opt for the Euro 50 Cent/ Quarter, however, due to this technicality.

Salby, with a two week time frame, your only reasonable option is the Euro type. Especially since you want the new coin look, then this is perfect because Euros are fairly new.

Just to mention,
a Euro 50 Cent is brass, not copper.
