I have a small promo kit, (flyer, buisness cards, magnetic buisness card, and a promotional custom notepad) but I feel that it's not a right promo kit. So what do you put in your promo kits, and what MUST or should be in my promo kits?

DVD - I think now it's ALL you need. Everything else is really promo for your printer - or reminders for re-booking you.

Website!-you can send the link & they can watch it immediately

I send promotional kits to people who book shows (customers & clients), and people who inquire about shows (prospects), with their permission.

This is in addition to having the website.

I feel that it helps to build credibility, and helps reduce buyer's remorse.

It's easier for the customer to take the hard copy kit into their meeting. I also know that many read through the kit, maybe even more carefully than a website.

Each marketing tool has it's place.

If others don't want to do it, that's fine with me. I just know how I want to support my customer relationships.
