This is what I am using:
http://www.ringflightrevolution.com/

I highly recommend this.. It is very silent and never fails.. It locks when retracted. So you can actually let the spectator take the ring off, which is a big advantage over most of the others.
Dave has a very good customer service, ships very fast and he is a very nice guy to deal with..
The item has 2 year warranty, too. You cannot go wrong..

Proflite by Nicholas Einhorn is also a good alternative too.

I also use Proflite. Very reliable- easy to do- and very deceptive! Not much to mechanically go wrong with this- that's a big plus in my book!!

Ring flight revolution is still one of the best, and the locking feature is great for those times when people try to grab the ring, there is one for sale here too.
